Once you’ve sent an RFP to a publisher, they will be notified and will review the RFP details. You may be notified that the Publisher has "Accepted" your RFP and they may reach out with any questions and/or attachments in response to your RFP. Each reply will generate an email notification alert.

Next Steps:

  1. Click on ‘RFPs’ in the left-hand navigation
  2. Click the status button next to the proposal you’d like to review which may say 'Sent', 'Accepted' or 'Rejected'
  3. The 'Brief' tab will then open up allowing you to see the Publisher's replies and attachments and allowing you to reply in return. Note: It's important to sign a direct contract with the Publisher before either party begins work on any campaign deliverables.
  4. Pressboard Analytics: In order to receive campaign analytics, either the Publisher or the Advertiser must either purchase a one-off 'Campaign' using a valid Credit Card OR have a subscription which provides a set of number of campaigns that you can use to measure any program. You can get more information on subscription pricing by clicking on your User profile, Admin Settings > Subscription > Manage.
